NOTE:
For best results, we recommend using a commercial-grade or heavy-duty heat press. These types of presses provide the even and consistent pressure required for successful DTF transfers.

Hobby presses — such as the Cricut Easy Press, HTVRont, low-cost Amazon machines, or combo 5-in-1 style presses — typically do not produce the same quality results and may lead to transfer issues.

For optimal results, the acceptable resolution for DTF printing is 300 DPI or higher. While we work to get an online gang builder installed for customer convenience, you can submit your gang sheets in pdf or png file format to artwork@laconicpro.com with your order # in the email subject line.

ATTENTION:

• Your artwork needs to be submitted in a print-ready format.
• We will not modify sizes or rearrange your gang sheets.
• Some graphic software may downsize your file. After saving your gang sheet: re-open it and ensure it’s still 22″ wide.
• We will not consolidate images into a gang sheet unless you opt for the Gang Sheet Building service.
• Edits can be accommodated, but they must be requested when placing your order. A minimum charge of $15 will apply for custom edits, with an increase based on the scope of alterations.

• Rush Service is available as an add-on service. 

Copyrights and TM images: We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked designs unless you possess the copyrights or have explicit permission to use them. PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing a copyrighted or trademarked design on Etsy does not grant you the rights to print it, as many Etsy sellers may not adhere to legal requirements – we do. Please avoid including such designs in your gang sheets, as orders containing them will be rejected and require a revision of your gang sheet. This may lead to a delay in your order.

Please understand the actual color may differ from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the actual color of the transfer.

There are NO refunds or cancellations for DTF orders already printed or shipped, due to the nature of these items (custom or personalized). Unless your items arrived damaged in transit or defective., returns are not accepted.
